12-month warranty

We stand behind the quality of our stands and cards, so every Starzelo product comes with a 12-month warranty.

If you have an issue with your product in that time, email us right away at support@starzelo.com.au with your order details and a short description of the problem. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible to replace your product.

Change of mind

We don't refund orders for change of mind due to the logistics involved. We're committed to making sure you're happy with your order, so if there's anything we can do to help, please get in touch at support@starzelo.com.au.
