Starzelo is an Australian business and we ship to addresses within Australia only.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia only. We don't ship to New Zealand or other countries at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within Australia.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 2pm are processed and dispatched the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are sent by Australia Post with free standard shipping. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are in Australia.
How can I track my order?
You'll get an email with your tracking number and tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
